You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This position requires the ability to manage various tasks, including occasional Lifting of heavy items. Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics operations.
- Implement and enforce warehouse Safety procedures.
- Maintain records of warehouse activities and inventory.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory control and logistics planning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of Safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
