Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Store products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick items accurately using RF scanners or pick lists for customer orders.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring items are well-protected.
- Stage outbound shipments for carriers, verifying order details.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of general logistics processes.
- Knowledge of and commitment to warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
