This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and performing frequent Lifting of packages. The proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your safety. You will work with a team to fulfill orders, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and order progress.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and consistent Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics concepts.
- Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.
