We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, playing a crucial part in our **logistics** process. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order details for accuracy before dispatch.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all **safety** regulations.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Properly use required **PPE** at all times.
- Handle **lifting** and moving of packages and materials as needed.
- Contribute to achieving team performance goals within the **logistics** department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to **lift** up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures.
- Willingness to wear all designated **PPE**.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with **logistics** operations is a plus.
