We are seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our Richmond, Virginia facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the flow of materials. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. You will operate various material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move goods efficiently and safely. A key aspect of this job is maintaining an organized inventory system and ensuring that all materials are properly labeled and stored in their designated locations. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. We expect our Material Handlers to be proactive in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory or material placement. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves regular lifting and moving of heavy items. Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of necessary PPE, is mandatory. We foster a culture of safety and efficiency in our logistics operations, and we are looking for individuals who share that commitment. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure that production and shipping schedules are met. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Responsibilities:

- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Support logistics operations to meet operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Must wear required PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
