We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. You will be an essential part of ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
