As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
