Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, racking).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the warehouse facilities.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist in maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Operate equipment safely and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support the logistics team by ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and logistics.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks as required for repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
