In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and preparing packages for dispatch. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, collaborating with other team members to meet daily targets. Experience with RF scanning devices is a plus. We are looking for individuals who are organized, motivated, and possess excellent manual dexterity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and defects before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to overall team goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.
