We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility. This role is central to the smooth operation of our warehouse and plays a crucial part in our overall Logistics strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including coordinating staff, managing inventory flow, ensuring order fulfillment accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing strict Safety protocols, ensuring all team members understand and utilize the correct PPE . Responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse space efficiently, and identifying areas for process improvement. While direct Lifting may be less frequent, the ability to assist with moving materials up to 50 pounds is occasionally necessary. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision or coordination and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
