An exciting opportunity awaits an Inventory Control Specialist in our Dallas, Texas warehouse. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which is fundamental to our Logistics operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions to prevent future stock inaccuracies. Maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring efficient warehouse organization are key objectives. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems is required. Adherence to strict Safety guidelines and the correct utilization of PPE are non-negotiable. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also be involved in receiving and put-away processes, verifying quantities, and ensuring proper storage of goods. The role may involve some Lifting of inventory items, up to 50 pounds. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and financial performance. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly preferred.
