We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are received, processed, and shipped out accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and shipping manifests, and preparing goods for transit. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced **logistics** setting. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with carriers and internal departments. We emphasize **safety** in all our operations and expect all team members to adhere strictly to **PPE** requirements and operational procedures. The ability to perform **lifting** of up to 50 pounds is a requirement for this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse space, assisting with inventory counts, and operating relevant warehouse equipment.
