Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are processed, organized, and dispatched efficiently. You will engage in a variety of warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders. A keen eye for detail and a dedication to upholding safety standards are essential. As part of our Logistics network, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys a physically active role, and is committed to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Stage products for outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, following all operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including work areas and storage locations.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
  • Capability to perform duties requiring significant standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
  • Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following protocols.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
