Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations using pick lists or electronic scanners.
- Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area and workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse Safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as directed.
- Perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals within our logistics framework.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics roles is advantageous. Ability to interpret pick tickets and RF scanner data. Capacity to perform strenuous physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse setting. Dedication to adhering to all Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this logistics role.
