Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or potential safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as stocking or sorting as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of frequent lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and labels.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
