In this role, you will be responsible for moving, organizing, and tracking a wide variety of materials and products within the warehouse. Key duties include loading and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, and ensuring materials are readily accessible for production and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess excellent stamina, and have a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Prior experience with material handling equipment is a plus, and we offer training for motivated individuals. We emphasize the importance of using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent and heavy Lifting, so candidates must be comfortable with these requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels.
- Pick and stage materials for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all Safety protocols and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Support the smooth functioning of our Logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform consistent physical labor, including heavy Lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Experience in a warehouse or Logistics environment preferred.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
