In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to Safety are paramount to success. You will work with a diverse range of products, requiring careful handling and organization. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all employees are required to use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all Safety guidelines. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job, including equipment operation. We are looking for team players with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our company. - Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
- Follow all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties and logistics tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
