We are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Worker to join our operational hub in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is critical for the seamless functioning of our logistics and supply chain activities. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential duties, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Your diligence and attention to detail will ensure that our inventory is managed effectively and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We place a high priority on workplace Safety, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected. This role demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent movement, standing for extended periods, and significant Lifting of packages. Experience with warehouse operations is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. - Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and logistics support as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent manual handling and Lifting.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
