We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in New York City, New York. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will be working with a diverse range of products and materials, requiring careful handling and organization. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires. - Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
