Join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an Inventory Clerk! This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for performing detailed inventory counts, reconciling stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring our Warehouse Management System (WMS) reflects real-time stock data. A meticulous approach to data entry and a strong commitment to Safety are crucial. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being and adhere to strict Safety protocols. This role supports our overall logistics efficiency by providing accurate inventory information. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Accurately enter inventory data into the WMS.
- Track and manage stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist in receiving and put-away processes.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of inventory control principles.
- Commitment to a Safe working environment.
- Must be willing to wear provided PPE.
