We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to a culture of efficiency and excellence in our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control. The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing the required duties, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and possesses a strong commitment to Safety. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, unpack, and put away incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Ensure all shipments are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
