Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately store incoming merchandise.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Pack orders securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and scanners to facilitate workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to OSHA and company standards.
- Follow all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the entire shift.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be committed to safety and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
