We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be integral to our e-commerce operations, focusing on picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, speed, and a dedication to accuracy. You will navigate the warehouse using scanning technology to locate and retrieve items, meticulously package them according to our standards, and ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled. Your commitment to **safety** is paramount, and you must consistently use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse **safety** procedures. This position is a cornerstone of our **logistics** process, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery. Key duties involve:
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Verifying order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and contributing to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhering to all company **safety** policies, including proper **lifting** techniques and **PPE** usage.
- Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Meeting performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
