Job Description: Become a key member of our AI Transformation team, which is focused on enhancing the future of human work. This newly established team builds on Crowe's solid AI foundation, expanding the capabilities of our Applied AI / Machine Learning division. About the Role: Design, develop, and maintain sustainable data pipelines and ETL processes for seamless data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions aligned with business strategies. Utilize advanced tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to create scalable data solutions. Implement data fabric architectures for streamlined access, efficient management, and enhanced performance. Proactively seek opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and lifecycle automation. Support the deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with existing analytics infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify data needs and provide impactful analytics and reports on time. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline construction. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Expertise in data cleaning and harmonization techniques, alongside complex data integration management. Strong understanding of data fabric concepts with relevant implementation experience. Hands-on experience in large-scale data pipeline development for AI and analytics projects. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven success in agile, cross-functional team environments. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Demonstrated experience in leadership, mentorship, or people management. Experience directing projects that demonstrate senior-level judgment and accountability. Preferred Skills: Experience in deploying and managing data solutions in environments such as Azure AI, Azure ML, or others. Familiarity with DevOps practices related to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for data solutions. Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or similar Microsoft credentials (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate). A robust background in business analytics that connects technical solutions with strategic business objectives. Active participation in data engineering and AI communities to stay abreast of industry trends. Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments. The salary range for this role reflects various factors involved in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational requirements. Typically, new hires are not offered salaries at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 annually.
