hands-on HR Data Analyst
to drive the success of our
PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, and iCIMS ATS
platforms. This role combines
HR technology expertise, workforce analytics, and system administration
to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Configure and support
PeopleSoft HCM
(Core HR, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) Administer
iCIMS ATS
and manage system configurations and updates Build dashboards and analytics using
SQL, Python, R, and Power BI Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver efficient HR technology solutions Support upgrades, testing, and process improvements to keep systems optimized Qualifications
Bachelor's in HR, IT, Data Science, or related field ( Master's preferred ) 5+ years in
PeopleSoft HCM , SQL, Python/R, and Power BI 2+ years administering
iCIMS ATS Experience with
UKG Pro
strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Pay Range
