Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in Seattle, Washington! We are seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role is fundamental to our company's success, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. We prioritize a safe working environment, providing comprehensive training on safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to prevent hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting performance standards.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
