Nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex, ISP School is dedicated to providing specialist education for 7-18-year-olds facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction needs, and cognition and learning challenges.

We seek an inspirational qualified teacher with experience working with vulnerable children across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. If you have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum in multiple areas—especially Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—we want to hear from you!

• Teach engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens.
• Motivate students to access learning, develop a love for education, and thrive.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience.
• Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, preferably Science and Media, including Esports.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Reflective practitioner with a good understanding of therapeutic approaches to education.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs.
• Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.

Note: The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
