Salary:
Unqualified: Base salary of £29,112.72 to £30,008.16 upon successful completion of the probation period.
Qualified: Base salary of £30,641.52 (for those with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
Specific Hours: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Location: Greater London (Covering Camden, Haringey & Islington)

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people, helping them navigate challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll be a vital link between our community and the young individuals we serve, promoting social inclusion and emotional well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
- Provide emotional and social support, helping them build meaningful relationships.
- Encourage self-esteem and respect, empowering young people to make positive life choices.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress and observations.
- Assess and address the needs of each child, working closely with your manager and other professionals.
- Support daily living needs in line with individual care plans.
- Engage in domestic duties, involving young people in meal planning and preparation.
- Ability to engage positively with young people.
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook.
- Sensitive and reflective, with strong listening skills.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Experience in the care sector or residential care is a plus.
- Willingness to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Flexibility to work some Bank Holidays.
- Comprehensive induction and mandatory training programs.

- Weekly rotating shifts with a minimum average of 168 hours per month.
- Waking Night contracts available.
- 236 hours of annual leave (including bank holidays), with additional holiday hours after three years.
