Our mission is clear: we aim to offer each child a diverse and tailored education in a safe, supportive environment that fosters self-discipline, inspires learning, and encourages aspiration and achievement.

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who has a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and are ready to teach and guide children with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum in multiple areas—especially in Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—then we want to hear from you!

  • Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for learning and thrive academically.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
  • Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, ideally Science and Media, including Esports.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.

Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.

Why Join Us?

At ISP School Battle, we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, actively encouraging applications from qualified and eligible candidates. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.
