Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
About UsAt Bayview, we believe in creating a nurturing environment for young people aged 8-18 facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team in one of our family-oriented children's homes in Capernwray, Carnforth. With a maximum of four young residents per home, you will play a crucial role in guiding them towards success.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Team Leader, you will:
- Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all residents.
- Support the continuous improvement of our 'Outstanding' rated service, enhancing the quality and reputation of the home.
- Deputize for the Registered Manager in their absence, taking charge of all day-to-day aspects of the home.
- Engage with young people, fostering relationships that enhance their quality of life and build foundations for future success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and Ofsted standards.
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
- Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
