  • Have previous successful teaching experience.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
What We Offer You

At Polaris Education, we believe in supporting our staff just as much as we support our pupils. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A workplace that prioritizes the emotional health and well-being of everyone.
  • Opportunities for professional development to help you acquire new skills.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children who deserve high-quality teaching.
  • A friendly, inclusive team that is passionate about improving pupil outcomes.

Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which will be covered by Polaris Education.

Polaris Education is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all qualified candidates. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.
