Summary: Join the Enterprise Network Engineering team at Meta, where you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and managing one of the largest enterprise networks in the world. Networking is the backbone of all Meta products and experiences. We are looking for Network Engineers who are excited to tackle complex technical challenges across Enterprise Datacenters, Security, and AI Network domains. With our expansive network and continuous growth, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage in intriguing engineering problems and innovate in both the design and operational methodologies of our networks, while ensuring efficiency at scale. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, implementing, and managing a diverse multi-vendor, multi-protocol enterprise network. Collaborate with Network Security teams to develop and enhance security measures continuously. Design, implement, and manage high-performance datacenter networks optimized for AI workloads, utilizing Infiniband and RoCE technologies. Analyze networking data to create capacity models and performance metrics aimed at improving network reliability and resiliency. Create automated solutions to efficiently manage network events and streamline operational tasks. Continuously focus on optimizing network performance across all aspects. Minimum Qualifications: Over 4 years of experience with Layer 2 Switching protocols, including enhancements such as STP, LACP, and 802.1 protocols. Proficient in Layer 3 Routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and VRFs. Experience with stateful firewalls, non-stateful filtering, and packet inspection. Strong programming skills aimed at automating and enhancing network functionalities. Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6. Experience with Routing Protocols (VXLAN/EVPN, OSPF, BGP, or equivalent). Background in Datacenter networking specifically tailored for AI workloads (Infiniband, RoCE). Understanding of security hardening, credential management, and compliance standards. Familiarity with access control and maintaining platform integrity in large-scale environments. Experience with automation tools for network configuration and monitoring. Hands-on experience with leading Enterprise network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Infiniband, Nvidia). Compensation: $142,000/year to $206,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
