University Health is currently seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a reputation for exceptional service and patient care.
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES The Patient Relations Coordinator serves as the liaison between the patients, patient representative, University Health System staff and the community which we serve regarding patients’ rights and advocacy.
Provides a channel through which patients or patient’s family can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs. Coordinates patient services and provides information and follow up.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health education or related field of study is preferred.
