Business Analyst / Solutions Support

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team in Manchester. Working closely with the Solutions Director and Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conducting client scoping and initial discovery to ensure our team delivers an exceptional scope of work and builds accurate, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

   • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges.

   • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather detailed insights.

2. Scoping and Discovery:

   • Conduct in-depth analysis to define project scope and requirements.

   • Document findings clearly and concisely to guide the design and delivery teams.

3. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

   • Work closely with the Solutions Director and Manager to translate client needs into actionable project scopes.

   • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.

   • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Support Delivery Excellence:

   • Help the delivery team build accurate solutions by providing clear, actionable insights.

   • Identify potential risks or challenges during the discovery phase and propose mitigation strategies.

• Strong experience in business analysis, ideally within a technology or solutions-driven environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including clients and technical teams.

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with tools for documenting requirements, process mapping, and reporting.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
