Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Derby Salary: £30,000

What You'll Do:

Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and cloud services Deploy and configure new hardware and software solutions Assist with cybersecurity measures and best practices Work with senior engineers on complex technical projects Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issuesWhat We're Looking For:
