Your Job Take full responsibility for the smooth running of Breakfast and Lunch services & standards, including staffing levels, food quality, guest interaction, and timely service delivery.
Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.

Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
