D.O.E : €75k – €85K + [Flight & Accommodation]

O’Neill & Brennan are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of our client, a civil contractor, to join their international team on a project based in Germany.

• 
  
• Supervision of the construction on site
  
• Ability to oversee all external finishing works & drainage to the highest of quality
  
• Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
  
• Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team
  
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
  
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards
  
• Great attention to detail
  

• 
  
• Site supervision experience with a trades background.
  
• Must have external works experience
  
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
  
• Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
