Become a Warehouse Worker at our facility in Huntsville, Alabama! This role is foundational to our entire operation, supporting various warehouse functions from receiving to shipping. You'll be involved in tasks such as moving materials, stocking shelves, picking orders, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to Safety and efficiency. You will work within a team environment to ensure that goods are handled properly and that the warehouse remains organized and productive. Your efforts directly contribute to the success of our logistics operations and the satisfaction of our customers. We provide training and emphasize a culture of teamwork and adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Must be able to handle Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
