Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through diligent cycle counting, stock verification, and system updates. You will play a key part in ensuring that our warehouse records precisely reflect our physical stock, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing stock levels. Responsibilities include performing regular inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies, processing inventory adjustments, and contributing to process improvements within the logistics and warehousing functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. While this role may involve some lifting, the primary focus is on accuracy and system management. A commitment to safety is essential, and all employees are expected to follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. Join us in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain.
