Position Overview
- Dade Electric Service is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the
planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects throughout South
Florida.
- The Project Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and
client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within
budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with engineers, general contractors, architects, and inspectors
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Manage subcontractors, field supervisors, and installation crews
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and job profitability
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and applicable codes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to company leadership

Ensure jobsite safety standards and company safety policies are followed
Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction document management software
• Experience working on municipal infrastructure or a wastewater treatment plant
• projects
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial electrical construction
• Knowledge of medium-voltage systems and low-voltage systems
• An electrical license or a construction management certification is a plus
