We are seeking a dynamic and motivated *Software Project Manager* to lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be naturally outgoing, possess strong communication skills, and will be able to handle multiple tasks effectively. This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and assertive, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of the product in order to effectively capture stakeholder requirements. This understanding is essential to support prioritization, alignment, and to maintain clear control of project scope throughout the lifecycle.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Project Planning and Management:*
* Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
* Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Leverage product knowledge to validate requirements and support proactive scope management.
*Communication and Stakeholder Management:*
* Build strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure continuous alignment around project goals.
* Serve as a proactive communicator, providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
* Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
* *Team Leadership:*
* Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively while providing clear direction.
* *Performance Tracking and Reporting:*
* Track project progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Use analytical skills to identify critical tasks and dependencies.
* Provide detailed project reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

* 3+ years of experience in software project management or a related role.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
