Skilled Maintenance Engineer

New opportunity to recruit a Skilled Maintenance Engineer – covering various locations – London/Welwyn/Stevenage - A full driving licence is essential for this role

Are you able to work independently and/or with other members of the maintenance team efficiently and effectively carry out repairs,  maintenance and general cleaning duties across the station and depot estate to include (but not limited to) management of poster frame refurbishment/installation, minor vegetation work, deep clean works, unblocking of sanitary ware, repair of and replacement of standard locks and general door mechanism maintenance, window maintenance, maintenance of hand rails, basic carpentry repairs, floor lining, cementing patch repairs, gutter clearance/repair, minor plumbing repairs, plastering, tiling, flooring.  Delivery of staff welfare area improvements and enhancing the staff and customer environment. 

 Work collaboratively to define and deliver enhanced working environments for our staff and enhanced environments for our customers.
