Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. . Will be onsite in Madison 4 days per week with 1 WFH day
What's the Job?
Perform advanced desktop support including OS and application patching and troubleshooting.
Diagnose, patch, and deploy desktop systems and other IT hardware such as mobile devices and printers.
Provide professional communication and interpersonal support to a diverse customer base, including executives.
Identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practices.
Maintain high attention to detail and strong technical troubleshooting skills to ensure optimal system performance.
What's Needed?
Experience in desktop support and IT hardware deployment.
Ability to diagnose, patch, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, and printers.
Effective communication skills for engaging with a variety of customers, including leadership.
Experience leading ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL standards.
Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization and task execution skills.
