• Lead and manage residential project work packages from concept design through to construction stage deliverables in Limerick and the West of Ireland.
  
• Produce conceptual designs, detailed technical drawings, and presentation materials for a range of residential developments.
  
• Ensure all work complies with Irish Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability standards.
  
• Incorporate budget and programme considerations into technical decisions, supporting cost-effective and timely project delivery.
  
• Develop and implement architectural standards, mentor junior team members, and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  
• Support and contribute to the BCAR process.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience (CIAT membership desirable).
  
• Advanced design, documentation, and detailing experience, ideally with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
  
• In-depth understanding of construction, regulatory compliance, and building performance for residential developments.
  
• Expert user of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
  
• Understanding of BCAR Process.
  
• Excellent client relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Proven experience delivering residential projects in Ireland, ideally with knowledge of the Limerick and West of Ireland market.
