Kildare A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new commercial construction project in Newbridge, Co.
Kildare.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and deliver a high-quality project from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout all stages of construction.
Requirements At least 5 year's experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience delivering commercial projects in Ireland.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Construction-related degree, diploma, or trade background.
Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects.
