Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our technology team. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery across applications and technology platforms, working closely with project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving testing standards and processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to ensure standard quality practices and processes are followed throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met.
• Design, develop, and execute test scripts based on test strategies and plans to identify defects prior to production deployment.
• Perform both manual and automated testing as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality, capability, and efficiency of testing processes.
• Lead architecture considerations in financial environments, ensuring compliance with best practices.

The Person:

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading architecture and testing efforts in financial services or similar regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with payments systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools (manual and automated).
• Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and scripts across complex applications.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices in testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in relevant QA/testing frameworks (e.g., ISTQB)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices in software delivery.
