Landscape Laborer / Landscape Foreman

Job Description

We are currently hiring for Landscape Laborers and Landscape Foremen to join our growing team. Our work includes landscape installation, hardscape projects, lawn installation, and landscape maintenance (no mowing services). We are looking for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and willing to work hard in an outdoor environment.

This is a physically demanding job with frequent overtime available, so applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of landscaping, hardscape features, and new lawns
• Perform general landscape installation tasks including grading, planting, irrigation assistance, and material handling
• Support landscape maintenance work (excluding mowing)
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow directions from crew leads and supervisors

Additional Responsibilities for Foreman:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on job sites
• Coordinate daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Train and guide crew members while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and materials needed
• Ensure safe work practices are followed on all projects

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor throughout the day
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Experience

• Landscape Laborer: No experience required; pay based on experience
• Landscape Foreman: Prior landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred
