Customer Experience Associate

Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to work at their Nutley, NJ location.

Duties

• Engage with customers
• Calling Homeowners to schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
• Assists with Subcontractor and Material PO's
• Enter pricing and status updates
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer experience

Requirements

• Proficient speaking English
• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services confidently
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills is advantageous
• Experience with Acumatica CRM a plus
• Construction knowledge helpful
