Role: Peoples Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Support Specialist to join our lending team. This critical position supports the loan operations process from start to finish, ensuring loan files are accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help people achieve their financial goals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Upload LaserPro loan documents to our Phoenix core system
- Uploading and filing indirect loan documentation
- Auditing loan files for accuracy and compliance
- Tracking and managing vehicle/collateral titles
- Handling insurance renewals, cancellations, and total loss claims
- Sending and tracking collateral protection and other loan-related insurance products
- Paying referral fees to dealers and maintaining
