We’re Hiring: Bilingual Safety Specialist

Join PIPESTONE and help us keep our team safe!

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate workplace injuries and identify root causes
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA/MNOSHA
• Develop and deliver safety training for animal agriculture employees
• Support site managers and employees with safety programs
• Travel across multiple states to ensure safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training preferred)
• 1+ year of job site safety experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong communication and training skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Work Environment:

• Sow farms, feed mills
• Exposure to machinery and live animals
• Frequent travel to MO, KS, IL, IN, IA & WI
